Customers with a 10 Visit Be Active Pass will pay the reserve in advance drop-in rate at registration. Visit the front desk on the day of your activity to have your payment refunded in exchange for a visit from your pass. 

Reserve in advance: Advanced reservation is recommended. Burnaby residents can reserve at 10 am, 2 days in advance. Everyone else can reserve activities one day in advance at 10 am. Reserve your time by:
  • using the Webreg online registration system, or
  • calling the centre: 604-297-4838
