The Sohen Gill Sports Box at Confederation Park has beginner friendly sessions on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m..

 

The Jack Crosby Sports Box at the Riverway Sports Complex has beginner friendly sessions on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m..

There is a Beginner-friendly environment at Keswick Park from April to October on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 5:00 pm.
